In conclusion, to help meet the objective of this report our objective was met by interviewing Ken Lowenstien, the store manager at the ShopRite of Garwood, creating probable recommendations for ShopRite, and most importantly analyzing the information systems as a whole. Throughout our time writing, reading and researching all that we needed about ShopRite we were able to break down and learn for ourselves how ShopRite uses its business strategy and information systems. We were able to openly discuss the business processes of their information systems. While learning about the above we were able to learn some of the aspects that could need some work within ShopRite’s business process and what works best for other supermarket companies like ShopRite and their competitors. In the end, this report gave our group a general recommendation towards the company's information systems in terms of growth and what they need to work on. As a group we truly believe that if ShopRite applies our practical recommendations to their business process they will run into more success from a customer standpoint while also helping them leap over their competitors. Overall, we plan to use the skills and knowledge learned throughout this project in our jobs and future work.
